Position Overview:
The Community Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing occupancy through effective relationship management with potential residents, their families, referral sources, and other essential stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and maintain occupancy rates to achieve or surpass budgetary targets.
  • Act as the primary contact for incoming inquiries from potential residents and referral sources, providing timely responses.
  • Organize and conduct appointments, meetings, and tours for prospective residents and their families.
  • Coordinate the apartment turnover process in collaboration with staff, prospects, and families.
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, events, and online engagement.
  • Plan and execute all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events, and outreach activities.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Associate's degree in marketing, sales, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in sales or a related business area.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in housing sales.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
