Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist orthodontists with chairside procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Prepare for appointments, sterilize orthodontic instruments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Take X-rays, create molds and impressions, and photograph patients to document progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient oral health histories and treatment progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate scheduling, cross-train in front office duties, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer experience and proficiency in EMR systems.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: RDA and/or CA certification, Associate's degree in a related field, and CPR certification.
