Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Intern to join our team in Richmond Heights, MO. As a Project Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist our experienced Project Managers with various tasks, including estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and job site visits.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with estimating, scheduling, and design meetings
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Attend design meetings with owners and teams to understand project requirements
  • Process and evaluate subcontractor proposals and award subcontracts
  • Coordinate permitting and shop drawing reviews
  • Manage billing and payment processes for subcontracts and change orders
  • Conduct job site visits with Project Managers to ensure project progress and quality
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or Construction Management Bachelor's degree program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Previous internship or co-op construction experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic
