Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Client Relations Executive who will engage with clients on a daily basis, drive cross-channel marketing initiatives, and support management in delivering impactful client presentations. In collaboration with the Associate Director, you will leverage your expertise in data capabilities to enhance campaign effectiveness. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Group Account Director.

Your Contributions:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the client's business, brand dynamics, customer insights, marketing strategies, and competitive landscape.
  • Clearly articulate overall program strategies, objectives, measurement frameworks, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative strategies, test-and-learn initiatives, and channel-specific approaches.
  • Act as a primary contact for junior to mid-level clients, focusing on identifying opportunities for cross-functional teams to propose new projects.
  • Prepare concise presentations and ensure they are client-ready with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
  • Aggregate client feedback and facilitate discussions with internal teams.
  • Draft clear, precise communications (both written and verbal) tailored to specific audiences, outlining expectations and potential impacts.
  • Begin to lead project status meetings.
  • Set clear task expectations and deliverables, ensuring the team has the necessary resources and documentation.
  • Identify potential financial concerns related to projects and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with the centralized scoping team to create accurate scopes of work for small to medium-sized projects, including timelines and budgets using appropriate tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in email and search engine marketing.
  • A desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction and expectation management.
  • Background in web development.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
