Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist at AugmentJobs, you will be instrumental in aligning our Human Resources and Marketing efforts. Your main objective will be to craft and implement initiatives that elevate our employer brand, draw in exceptional talent, and showcase our organizational culture and values.

Key Duties:

  • Brand Development: Formulate and execute strategies that bolster our employer brand and enhance our standing as a preferred employer. This encompasses the creation and dissemination of content that reflects our workplace culture, principles, and employee testimonials.
  • Candidate Engagement: Partner with HR to design and launch recruitment marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including social media, job boards, and industry gatherings to attract qualified applicants.
  • Content Development: Generate and curate captivating content such as articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics that highlight our organizational culture and career opportunities.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the development of job descriptions, craft engaging job advertisements, and manage recruitment marketing tools to ensure alignment with our branding strategy.
  • Event Management: Organize and oversee recruitment events, career fairs, and other promotional activities aimed at showcasing our organization to prospective candidates.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate and report on the success of marketing campaigns and recruitment strategies. Provide insights and metrics to refine our approaches and enhance outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, HR marketing, or recruitment marketing.
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms, digital marketing tactics, and employer branding methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative content production.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing techniques.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate or agency environment.
