Provide support and guidance to employee relations matters, fostering positive relationships between employees and management while ensuring compliance with company policy, procedures, and applicable laws. Duties and Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve employee complaints with neutrality, impartiality, and confidentiality in a professional and timely mannerUse sound judgment to mitigate risk and weigh the importance and validity of information to form fact-based opinions, solve problems, and make formal recommendationsProvide guidance to managers and employees on company policies and employment lawReview Integrity Helpline investigation reports submitted by internal HR business partners and follow up as needed with questions and needed changesFacilitate the Integrity Helpline case management system, EthicsPoint, to ensure HR case details are complete and accurate within a specific timeframe before closing reportAssist with discipline documentation and processes to ensure timely, consistent, and appropriate interventionAssist with the implementation and evaluation of the equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action program plansProvide support with preparing and analyzing compliance reporting company wide to meet Department of Labor requirementsParticipate in the development, implementation, and communication of Human Resources policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and employment lawsMaintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations and investigationsAssist in developing and maintaining required reports for the Department of Labor
