Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:The Quality Specialist - Incoming Lab Supervisor is a key position in the Ferrero Quality Organization that assures an effective management of laboratories within the plant according to Central Quality guidelines and reports directly into the Plant Quality Manager. In this role you will be actively involved in cross functional work with Production, R&D/Technology, Engineering, Maintenance. This role supports the implementation of the Ferrero Food Safety and Quality Standards and guarantees that the production unit operates in compliance with these standards.The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday on the dayshift.Main Responsibilities:Overseas reagents, stock management, calibration of the tools, application of accident prevention regulations and application of the central methods reported on the portal.Ensure introduction and developments of new methods and techniques.Systematically analyzes inbound raw material, semi-finished and finished goods Management of the disposition of the materials through incoming. Manages Non-Conformities in incoming, making sure the suppliers complete the corresponding CAPA. Coordinates and manages sample collection and preparation Assures the execution of appropriate laboratory analysis by taking into consideration materials and products to be analyzed.Guarantees the correct quality of the results (precision, accuracy) according to regulations and give evidence participating to Ring Test.Responsible for Food Safety Management System for the internal warehouse. Supervise the technicians and lab specialists
day to day activities effectiveness; ensure the coverage of the sampling and inspection activities. Participation during audits and management of corrective/preventive action implementationWho we are looking for:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry Engineering, Microbiology Engineering, Lab Analyst or similar with at least 5 years of experience in the Food IndustrySupervisory experience or experience overseeing staff.Knowledge of Quality specifications, HACCP, oPRP, CCPs, CAPA and Root Cause AnalysisKnowledge of raw materials, packaging components, and production processes Internal auditing experience is a plusPrior experience conducting presentations and training sessionsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsExperience with leading and managing projectsDiversity StatementFerrero is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which all employees feel welcomed and appreciated and have the same opportunities.
