Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling the work activity of the Maintenance and Engineering Team. This position prepares efficient work plans for all Preventive, Predicative, Condition-Based, and Project/Backlog Maintenance work. This position will also ensure internal and external labor resources are available and coordinate work in conjunction with the Production Scheduler in a timely manner. The Maintenance Planner also supports the Line mechanics and Technicians by providing expert guidance and maintains an open flow of communication up and down the maintenance team.Schedule the work activity of the Maintenance and Engineering teamPrepare efficient and effective work plans for all Preventive, Predictive, Condition-Based, and Project/Backlog Maintenance workWork with the Technical Stores Team to ensure parts are available and readyCoordinate execution of the plan in conjunction with the production schedule through working with the Production Scheduler in a timely mannerAccess, understand, and base decisions on information of all types in the CMMS systemSupport the Line Mechanics and Technicians by providing expert guidance and maintains open flow of communication up and down the maintenance chainServe as an NCE Facilitator, championing AMM, tracking results, and pushing for execution of improvement projectsInitiate focused projects based on Maintenance trends, and participating in process improvement initiativesRequirementsHS Diploma or GED Equivalent2+ years in industrial plant maintenance, maintenance planning systems, or a related fieldOther1+ years of people leadership experience preferredDon t meet all the qualifications listed under

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
