About the jobAt Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire an hourly WarehouseLeadbased inWest Jordan, UTTheWarehouse Leadwill support the Flow team.You will be responsible for:Supporting a team of 25-30 hourly operators to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals are met.Driving accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations.The base compensation rate for this position is$19.94/hr plus a night shift differential of $1.25/hr and a$2.00/hr. shift premiumfor performing lead duties. Upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, your rate of pay will increase to$22.15/hr. plus a night shift differential of $1.25/hr and a $2.00/hr. shift premium. This position will work12-hour shiftsonNight Shift, form06:00 PM to 06:30 AM, on a4-3-4 rotating schedule.Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bons and has a strong benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.About youHigh School diploma or equivalent required.You will have at least 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.You must have the ability to:Read and write, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Comprehend basic math and simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Understand instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.Operate powered industrial equipment and navigate in tight spaces and high-traffic areas in a fast-paced environment.Operate a computer to enter and retrieve data.Prepare and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees within the organization.
