This position requires a deep understanding of mortgage regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the Team Issue Resolution:Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to mortgage loan closing, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.Analyze complex cases, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and streamline the closing process.Problem solves for issues such as Pricing, HOEPA, Mavent Fails, Payoff Escalations, QM Fails, Closing Disclosure, Tolerance cures, and any additional escalation issues as assigned.Compliance and Regulation:Stay updated with mortgage industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.Ensure that all closing activities adhere to federal, state, and company regulations and policies.Communication:Function as a point of contact for escalated issues, maintaining clear and professional communication with all parties involved.Provide regular updates to management and relevant stakeholders on the status of escalated cases.Provide exceptional customer service to business partners, addressing their concerns and questions during the closing process.Process Improvement:Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the mortgage closing process and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.Customer Service:Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for borrowers.Requirements​High School Diploma5 years of experience in mortgage operations, with a focus on closing and issue resolution.In-depth knowledge of mortgage regulations, loan products, and industry best practices.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in mortgage software (Encompass) and Microsoft Office Suite.Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
