Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with 10 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ThingWorx Full Stack Business Analysis & Planning and ThingWorx Suite. This role requires a deep understanding of technical and business aspects to drive successful project outcomes. Experience in Sales Planning & Execution is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of ThingWorx Full Stack solutions to meet client requirements. Oversee the entire lifecycle of ThingWorx Suite projects ensuring timely and quality delivery. Provide expert business analysis and planning to align technical solutions with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ThingWorx applications. Design and develop custom applications using the ThingWorx platform to enhance business processes. Ensure the integration of ThingWorx solutions with existing systems and platforms. Conduct thorough testing and validation of ThingWorx applications to ensure functionality and performance. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ThingWorx-related projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ThingWorx solutions and processes. Monitor and optimize the performance of ThingWorx applications to ensure efficiency. Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ThingWorx technology to continuously improve solutions. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage ThingWorx capabilities for business growth. Qualifications: Possess a strong background in ThingWorx Full Stack development and implementation. Demonstrate expertise in Business Analysis & Planning to align technical solutions with business objectives. Have extensive experience with the ThingWorx Suite and its various components. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show proficiency in designing and developing custom applications using the ThingWorx platform. Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members on technical projects.
