- Lead a team of consulting professionals and subject matter experts to gather complete business and functional requirements, translating them into actionable project plans with measurable success criteria.
- Foster agreement among team members regarding project timelines, resource needs, and success metrics.
- Address conflicting objectives and mentor team members to enhance client satisfaction.
- Drive the project team to surpass expectations regarding project milestones and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with client business and IT leaders to manage expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to prepare proposals and support business development efforts.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and implementing Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
- Extensive IT experience, preferably in a top-tier consulting environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools supporting Oracle application development, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in managing software and infrastructure change, release management, and source code control.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and experience in designing and supporting customizations.
