Position Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in acquiring new clientele, enhancing existing relationships, and leveraging both internal and external networks to meet business development objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Client Management Process to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Identifying and engaging new clients in accordance with the bank's risk parameters.
  • Guiding the client team to ensure exceptional interactions and a cohesive Client Experience.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs and wealth strategies, adapting to shifts in the market and client requirements.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing integrated solutions encompassing wealth structuring, credit options, banking services, and asset management.
  • Promoting the use of digital tools to enhance client engagement.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with internal partners and influential external contacts.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in private banking or complex financial services, or a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record in driving business development for high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to present a comprehensive approach, utilizing the full spectrum of Private Bank services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric focus.
  • Leadership qualities that foster client engagement and proactive business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative approach, working effectively with team specialists.
  • Licenses: Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Professional certifications such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD are advantageous.
