As a Customer Operations and Logistics Analyst you will work to fulfil contracted service obligations utilizing cutting edge technology and excellent customer service skills. Work independently in a professional capacity to deliver supply chain management activities and services provided by Century Distribution Systems to our customers. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid work schedule with office located in Innsbrook, Glen Allen, Virginia.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: This position requires direct client contact and primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide operational support for customers by actively engaging in all facets of logistical services.
  • Review and monitor all communication via email between customers and/or Century Offices to keep updated on customer account status and requirements.
  • Review documentation for compliance
  • Monitor, analyze and perform quality control procedures on operational deliverable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar field of study a plus
  • 2-3 years in Supply Chain or Logistics a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced technology skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel along with ability to easily learn and become proficient at various operating systems and propriety software platforms.
  • B2B Customer Service Experience
  • High level organizational and time management skills required.
  • Critical thinking skills. Ability to identify and resolve operational problems with training with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday at least one day in the office and on an as-needed basis.
