And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be analytical with excellent written and communication skills and be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.• Oversee the complete equipment qualification process, ensuring alignment across various teams and adherence to technical, operational, safety, quality, reliability, and business requirements on a global scale.• Develop and sustain a scalable mechanism to seamlessly integrate diverse teams and ensure that all power and cooling equipment undergo the required qualification tests.• Collaborate with architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, as well as material suppliers, to deliver high-quality designs that support favorable business outcomes.• Support Basis of Design release management program, ensuring and enabling end to end cross team alignment• Support other business critical programs enabling production readiness and other initiatives as required• Possess strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and techniques across all project lifecycle phases.• Demonstrate expertise in core project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, reporting, and metric development/tracking.• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint is required, while experience with Tableau, Kanban, SQL, and systems integration is a plus.• Exhibit passion and thrive on the challenges of deploying highly technical and innovative projects at a massive scale.• Possess knowledge of building codes and regulations, including Life Safety, IBC, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA.• Understand critical data center equipment and have a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment/design related to data centers.• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and equipment specifications About the teamDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences.
