Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks awayWhat we offer:Competitive salaryPaid vacation/holidays/sick timeComprehensive benefits package including 401K, pension, medical, dental, and vision careOn the job/cross training opportunitiesEncouraging and collaborative team environmentDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policyWhat you will do In this role you will work as part of the Enterprise Product Sales Group in the Security industry.    You will support current and future National Account Partners in sales growth, product training, operational excellence and overall account management.  Interacting with high-level industry professionals on a National Basis, you will have influence and responsibility of a multi-million dollar book of business.  You will also travel to strategic end-user sites and industry trade shows in support of the Channel partner relationship.    How you will do itIn this role you will provide National Account Sales Management for our Enterprise Security Products:Management of strategic national account partnersAssign yearly targets / quotas for channel partnersDevelop KPIs for partnersDevelop strategies with partners for growthMaintain annual quota / forecastsProvide product updates, product overviews and demonstrations to key stakeholdersWork within the territory to identify new opportunities / partnersWork with partners on channel planning and business strategies to develop market shareDrive business by maintaining and developing relationships with partners and end users.What we look forMinimum 10 years of sales experience, 5 years managing a successful territory Preferably in security industry, with proven record of successBachelor’s DegreeTravel is essential, up to 50%Sound knowledge of the security industry Channel Selling ExperienceNetworking or IT knowledge is a plusMarketing experience is a plusGood management skills and strong personalityExperience conducting customer presentations and demonstrationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSalesforce knowledge
