Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview: Responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting activities and managing the candidate experience for several of our subsidiary renewable construction businesses. Create and manage requisitions including assess job specification criteria, identify screening questions, and determine candidate interview approach, interview potential candidates as well as gather and consolidate feedback from interview and complete interview elevation documentation; negotiate job offer details with candidate. The Talent Specialist will partner with the HR Coordinator to deliver seamless recruitment experience. Location: This will be an in office position, located in one of our subsidiary business office in Fargo, ND.  This position supports companies across the United States.
