Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team at CE&I Services LLC. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for assisting recruiters and hiring managers with tasks and activities throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and monitor pre-boarding processes, collaborating with IT as needed to ensure timely delivery of equipment to the correct locations.
  • Track and document status and progress using spreadsheets, iCIMS system fields, or other designated areas.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for interviews and new hires in partnership with the travel department.
  • Assist leadership with projects, research, reporting, data cleanup, and general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum one to three years of professional administrative experience is required, with prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or onboarding support being beneficial.
  • Intermediate or higher-level proficiency with computer software (including MS Office/Word/Outlook) and web-based software is necessary.
