We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at CE&I Services LLC. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for assisting recruiters and hiring managers with tasks and activities throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and new hires to ensure data accuracy and a high-quality experience.
- Initiate and monitor pre-boarding processes, partnering with IT as needed to ensure equipment is delivered timely to the correct locations.
- Keep tracking spreadsheets, iCIMS system fields, or other areas to document appropriate status and progress.
- Coordinate travel in partnership with the travel department for interviews and new hires as needed.
- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure high-quality communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist leadership with projects, research, reporting, data cleanup, and general administrative duties.
- Provide support for meetings, including presentation creation, scheduling, or facilitation assistance.
- Associates degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of one to three years professional administrative experience is required.
- Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or onboarding support position is helpful.
- Possess intermediate or higher-level proficiency with computer software (including MS Office/Word/Outlook) and web-based software.
- Capable of handling extremely confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to practice agility, changing focus quickly between projects.
- Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking or HR Information System is helpful.
