We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at CE&I Services LLC. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hiring process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for the hiring process, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing paperwork.
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure accurate and timely completion of pre-employment screening processes.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including assigning paperwork and coordinating equipment delivery.
- Manage tracking spreadsheets and update relevant systems to ensure accurate status and progress.
- Coordinate with the travel department to arrange interviews and new hire travel.
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Associate's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of one to three years of professional administrative experience, preferably in recruiting or human resources.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and web-based applications.
- Competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
