Works with Engineers, Innovators, and Scientists to support product innovation/new technology foundational research projects. Experiments with research and design concepts to sample or test new technologies in line with foundational research or product innovation initiatives. Seeks better ways to build product to meet concept specifications. Assists in the development and writing of new procedures and techniques. Makes recommendations on process, product or technological improvements Collects data, documents work, and provides results. Trains and instructs newly hired technicians as needed. Works with Engineers, Innovators, and Scientists to support product innovation/new technology foundational research projects.

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: - PhD or Law 8 yrs; Masters 9 yrs; Associates degree 11 yrs; High School 12 yrs.
