Work as a Service Desk Analyst for a financial investment company, where you will sit in the Information Technology Department on the End User Support team. Support the NYC offices 150 users, while also assisting in supporting their global offices.

The firm has a diversified portfolio and a strong presence in the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
Description
- MS shops, Windows (Intune, Azure, MS Teams, MS Office Suite)
- Supporting NYC office (150~ users) but will at time support global offices (650~ users)
- Bloomberg is ideal - not necessary
- Heavily focus on connection to users, communication, presentation
- Be able to be hands on and handle trouble shooting(especially in Excel & VPNs)
SOFTSKILLS must be 11/10
Profile
Be well versed with trouble shooting both Excel and VPNs.
Experience supporting large amounts of users.
Be well versed in Microsoft as they are a Microsoft shop. Have hands on experience with Windows, Intune, Azure, MS Team, MS Office Suite.
Experience dealing with connection to users, communication, and presentation.
Job Offer
Immediate start date for a long term contract opportunity.
A hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office, and 2 days from home per week.
2 round interview process. 1st virtually, and 2nd round in office.
