Required: Top Secret Clearance
We are looking for an HPE Edgeline SME to provide customization, security remediation & performance optimization of EL8000 on-site in San Diego, CA with Top Secret clearance. Resource must be available to perform all services on customer's premises in San Diego, CA.
Required Skills:
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Experience with HPE Edgeline EL8000 / ProLiant e910 Server Blade - Service Support
- Expert experience in Server install & config on-prem of EL8000 or in-cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Expert experience in Network Performance Optimization.
- Trained in STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guide) processes & implementation in the US federal space.
- Strong communications & organizational skills as resource will need to engage directly with various levels of customer and HPE teams.
- Conduct an in-depth assessment of current infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware configurations, & performance metrics.
- Work with team to deploy & configure Edgeline EL8000 devices, ensuring seamless integration with the customer's existing infrastructure.
- Optimize configurations for performance, security, & scalability, leveraging best practices & industry standards.
- Develop a roadmap for integrating Edgeline EL8000 technologies in the customer environment.
- Implement necessary technologies to prioritize critical applications and workloads.
- Provide knowledge transfer sessions to empower Customer IT staff with the skills & expertise needed to manage & maintain Edgeline EL8000 environments effectively.
- Fine-tune Edgeline EL8000 configurations to maximize throughput, reduce latency, & enhance overall network performance.
- Implement STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guide), as directed, to safeguard against cyber threats.
