Tier 1 Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician

TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES
- 2 minimum years of IT Support experience
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar preferred
- Proficient troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 Support
- Experience with ticketing management systems
- Software installation, configuration, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience managing and supporting mobile devices
- Ability to troubleshoot basic networking problems
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar preferred but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position is in the range of $30/hr.-$40/hr
(negotiable)
