Analyze client situations and capabilities to determine services needed to address safety concerns. Implement, evaluate and review safety assessments and plans. Provide parent coaching during child/family interaction visitation. Intervene when necessary to prevent inappropriate behavior or to promote productive interactions. Provide designated parent curriculum in individual or group settings. Act as a resource to evaluate and determine necessary responses in de-escalating crisis situations with youth and families. LOCATION: Office is based in Janesville, WI. Local travel is required to meet with clients in Rock County, with mileage reimbursement. Position offers some flexibility to work remote when client visits are not scheduled. Must be able to meet in-person with clients in Rock County, Wisconsin.
