This position is responsible for leading a team in executing the bank's credit loss stress testing efforts, wholesale loss forecasting, and authoring credit loss portions of the annual capital plan. The ideal candidate will work to establish and implement best practices, prioritize production/execution activities, and ensure alignment with bank policies and regulatory guidance. The manager will also support bank responses to audits, model risk management, and regulatory examinations. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in risk management or analytics in the financial services industry, or a high school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, and management skills are essential.
- 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry
- Experience with executing CCAR/DFAST Stress testing
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for Capital Planning and Stress Testing
- Knowledge of financial risk modeling
- Prior experience managing a team
