Overview

Cox Automotive is searching for a talented remote Senior Digital Marketing Communications Specialist The Senior Digital Marketing Communications Specialist performs daily campaign maintenance and review of digital marketing assets and all applicable connected technologies for Cox Automotive related properties and our clients. This role will assist with campaign and creative asset retrieval & Implementation, troubleshooting, conceptualization, and report building. This role will be working cross-team to maximize revenue and scalability via optimization and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure campaigns and related assets are relevant, performing and activated on time. This role will be responsible for the implementation strategy and deployment of campaign assets across a variety of channels including social media, email marketing, website placements, etc. This role will use campaign metrics to inform strategies and provide recommendations on performance improvement.

This is a 3-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Shift/Hours

  • Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • This is a fully remote position
Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Marketing Communications Specialist:
  • Perform daily asset maintenance (WordPress,Google Ads, Email, Google Analytics, , Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for Cox Automotive Inventory and Financial Solutions Groups
  • Report on campaign performance and presenting results to marketing stakeholders
  • Interact daily with agencies, vendors, and internal teams regarding any creative, trafficking, reporting, and process issues or questions
  • Provide input on execution strategies for upcoming initiatives and standardizing best practices
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the key stakeholders in the marketing organization
  • All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications of the Senior Digital Marketing Communications Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or univteristy OR a minimum of 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in email platforms i.e. Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or OpenEmail
  • Experience in video editing
  • Advanced understanding of Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics, tracking capabilities and tracking tag creation
  • Experience working with platforms with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics using reporting tools to optimize and understand campaign performance
  • Experience with organic social media
  • Experience with Adobe Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some knowledge of HTML is helpful
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written documentation to all levels within the organization
  • Proven ability to identify and analyze trends in data; deciphering underlying causes and communicating results to clients
  • Proactive, with excellent attention to detail and good follow-thru abilities
  • Proven ability to manage tasks on a tight deadline and be able to handle multiple projects
