We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Head of Media Buying (Ad Operations) to join our team and lead our media buying efforts on our proprietary DSP platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Media Buying: Take full ownership of the media buying process, directly managing and executing campaigns on our DSP platform. Utilize your deep understanding of performance marketing to optimize campaigns and drive significant results for our clients.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly performance data. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and leverage these insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement advanced optimization strategies to maximize return on investment. Continuously test and refine approaches to ensure the highest possible performance of campaigns.
- Client and Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to define and exceed KPIs and performance targets.
- Ad Operations Oversight: Oversee all aspects of ad operations, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, adherence to industry best practices, and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior media buyers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Lead by example, promoting best practices and a results-driven approach to media buying.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, with a strong background in programmatic and performance-driven campaigns. Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns and delivering exceptional results.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with DSP platforms, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic buying.
- Adaptability: High adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
