Job Description:

Aquent's leading retail pharma client is looking for a Paid Search Analyst. This talent will be responsible for day-to-day management, support and participation within the Search Center of Excellence, building capabilities around activating a total search strategy to drive business results for our Retail Media Platform (CMX). Their primary focus is on leveraging data and analytics to drive tangible and material retail results such as incremental sales (Front Store / Ecomm / Omni), prescriptions and vaccinations (Pharmacy), clinic visits, and adoption of health services.

The Paid Search Analyst will orchestrate large-scale SEM programs anchored in data and managed and optimized with rigorous analytics. You will utilize advanced analytical thinking, leverage existing data sources, and unearth insights to drive overall search results for the organization. You will be collaborating with CMX counterparts, you will continuously evaluate search marketing strategies to unlock opportunities, identify and communicate trends in search, and be a strategic and trusted advisor. You will develop hypothesis based on data trends and design tests to unlock new areas of growth. You will develop business cases that support the opportunities for increased investment in the channel.

The Paid Search Analyst will possess a strong understanding of underlying technologies behind search engine performance, have extensive knowledge of analytics platforms (Google, Adobe), and maintain a deep understanding of e-commerce and the steps within the conversion funnel. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of our Retailer Media Platform (CMX), allowing for the execution of co-op campaigns from vendor partners. Our client is seeking a highly-motivated individual with strong digital and technology experience to help drive this growth engine.

The Paid Search Analyst will work directly with the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy and E-commerce teams to pursue the broader digital growth agenda. You will also work directly with internal media professionals to drive the execution of strategies. This position will work with the Total Search team, business owners, marketing partners, media campaign managers, and analytics partners. In addition to excellent analytical and strategic skills, you must possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with additional stakeholders within the organization. You must be able to work within a cross-functional team comprised of diverse skills and backgrounds as a highly productive unit.

Required Qualifications

2-3 years + of paid search experience with an emphasis on results-oriented programs and history tying brand marketing' and performance marketing' together

Retail/Ecomm experience with a proven track record driving results with Shopping campaigns (PLAs, LIAs)

Advanced knowledge of one or more SEM tools, as well as in-platform experience with Google & Microsoft Ads, SA360 and Adobe

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact, determine improvements and optimize search performance

Understanding of automation, search audiences, privacy regulations and experience optimizing towards CPA or ROAS goals

Involvement with SEO and Product teams to maximize outcomes from Total Search strategies

Understands and comfortable with data and technology that facilitates audience targeting, triggering, and measurement

Strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Track record of developing innovative and successful data-driven search strategies

Collaborative spirit and disposition with internal and external constituencies

Self-starter and problem-solver who can work both on a team and independently

Emphasis on consumer brands and retail categories

Knowledge or experience with SEO or holistic search strategy a plus

Retail experience preferred, working with product-centric search campaigns

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.64 to $35.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
