Company Overview:

Boston Behavior Learning Centers (BBLC) is dedicated to delivering exceptional educational and therapeutic services for young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We utilize a well-established, evidence-based approach known as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).


Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a Full-Time Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our collaborative team of ABA specialists. The ideal candidate should be available during daytime hours (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday) to provide services within our center-based program.


This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organization as we expand our services across various regions.


Compensation:

Annual salary of up to $80,000.00 (commensurate with experience).


Support and Resources:

To ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services, we offer our BCBAs a range of support, including:

  • Manageable caseloads to enhance service quality
  • Guidance and mentorship from seasoned Clinical Directors
  • Regular clinical meetings with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs
  • Annual stipend for professional development and continuing education units (CEUs)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting initial and functional assessments
  • Formulating individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Designing tailored programming aligned with treatment objectives
  • Ongoing evaluation of client progress and adjusting programming as necessary
  • Providing oversight and support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Engaging with families to offer guidance, support, and training

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Access to electronic communication devices and internet

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with RBTs and clients
  • Conduct assessments to inform treatment planning
  • Design effective treatment and intervention plans
  • Supervise RBTs and promote client independence in various skill areas
  • Provide training for parents and caregivers to support skill transfer
  • Communicate effectively with RBTs, families, and other professionals
  • Utilize technology for data assessment and program design
  • Participate in peer review and collaborative discussions
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
