The Graphic Design & Social Media Strategist is responsible for creating visually engaging and cohesive branded content across all facets of the business. This role involves developing and executing creative strategies for various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer with a deep understanding of social media trends, who can seamlessly integrate design and strategy to drive the company’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Design and produce high-quality, on-brand visual content for digital sales channels, social media posts, banners, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Develop creative concepts and graphics for campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity and voice.
Collaborate with the marketing agencies to create multimedia content (e.g., videos, GIFs, animations) that resonates with target audiences.


Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to build relationships with followers and foster brand loyalty.
Branding & Identity:

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.
Lead the development of new branding initiatives and visual identities for campaigns, products, or events.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align creative strategies with business objectives.
Present design concepts and social media strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the brand’s content fresh and innovative.
Experiment with new design tools, software, and platforms to enhance creative output and efficiency.
