Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Overview: Goosmann Law Firm is seeking a high-performing and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-tier support to our COO and CEO | Founding & Practicing Attorney. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage varying schedules across multiple offices. This role requires a highly organized, energetic, and dependable professional who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and operates with a high level of autonomy. Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide seamless administrative support to the COO and CEO | Founding & Practicing Attorney, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Autonomy & Initiative: Take ownership of tasks and proactively handle projects without the need for constant direction. Anticipate the needs of the leaders and be ready with solutions.
- Effective Communication: Serve as the liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
- Multitasking: Manage various tasks and competing priorities with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Office Management: Coordinate between multiple office locations (Omaha, Sioux Falls, Sioux City and Spirit Lake), ensuring all logistical needs are met and leaders have everything they need to be successful.
- After-Hours Support: Be willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to support critical initiatives or urgent matters.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, contributing to a collaborative and productive office environment.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to grow, learn, and adapt to evolving needs of the executives and the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years previous experience in an executive administrative assistant role supporting C-suite executives.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
- High energy and resilience in managing a variety of tasks and schedules.
- Expertise with common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
