Are you an experienced leader ready to take your career to the next level? KR Solar is seeking a motivated Solar Sales Manager to oversee our team of solar sales consultants. In this crucial position, you will lead sales efforts, meet performance targets, and maintain key customer relationships, significantly contributing to our growth and establishing KR Solar, powered by Lotus, as a leader in the renewable energy industry.
The Role:
As the Solar Sales Manager, you will energize and guide your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets. You will develop effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing deals. Your leadership will foster a customer-focused environment dedicated to exceptional service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy generation, energy systems, and related technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a team of solar sales consultants to meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Develop and execute successful sales strategies for business expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing.
- Provide ongoing training and support to your sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
