This role will report directly to the Quincy Plant Quality Manager. This role will support the Quincy Campus team towards meeting quality key measures and execution of procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Approach all responsibilities with a high level of detail and standardization.
  • Identify and resolve issues that prevent Royal team members from achieving daily responsibilities.
  • Display excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask several projects under pressure.
  • Effectively communicate with Royal Manufacturing team (Operator, Auditor & Supervisor) regarding quality and manufacturing systems related topics (verbal and presentation)
  • Effectively communicate with Royal Management and Support Staff regarding quality and manufacturing systems related topics (verbal and electronic - MFRY, SI, Paperwork Errors, ect…).
  • Maintain and support Royal QMS to provide the entire Quincy Campus team with an organized workplace and proper tools to provide perfectly acceptable products to our customers.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement Projects with tangible results (PDCA/A3).
  • Manage a large volume of paper and electronic administrative activity with urgency and accuracy to QMS standards and manufacturing expectations.
  • Utilize various sources of data to support individual and team decision making processes. 
  • Complete various manufacturing audits (LPA, ISO, 6-Panel, ect…).
  • Support the launch process of new tools primarily in assembly (Design Review, PFMEA, BB, PTR/PSO, SI) as needed.
Requirements: 
  • A resume is required for consideration
  • 6+ months in current role at Royal + 1+ year(s) of related Quality Resource experience internally or externally.
  • Recommendation from current supervisor / manager is required.
  • Ideal candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or other relatable fields. 
  • Certifications within the quality field are also ideal.
  • Excellent attendance record and flexible to overtime (daily/weekly) - 45+ hours.
  • Positive cultural addition to the Quincy quality team.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high level of energy towards daily tasks and a growth oriented attitude.
  • A history of clear, concise, accurate and professional written and verbal communication skills are highly preferred due to the varying levels of engagement with operators and leaders within Royal. 
  • Able to demonstrate strong problem solving capabilities that translate to standard methodology (8D, Kepner-Tregoe, Ishikawa, etc...). 
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking.
  • Understanding of Royal’s QMS with ability to positively address areas and individuals not meeting QMS requirements. 
  • Ability and experience in data analysis and compilation.
  • Passion to implement and envision new methods and areas of improvement.
  • Microsoft / Google G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Data Studio) proficiency.
  • Willing and able to obtain appropriate internal/external training as needed to support role responsibilities and growth.
