We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning and Control Manager to join our team at Infinity Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization and management of all production-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Implementation of Production Plans: Create detailed production plans, taking into account capacity requirements, resource availability, and customer orders. Ensure a balanced utilization of production capacities.
  • Production Control and Monitoring: Continuously monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks or issues, and proactively take measures to resolve them. Ensure that all production activities are carried out according to established standards and schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Be responsible for inventory management for finished goods and work in progress (WIP), optimizing stock levels to minimize operating costs while ensuring the availability of raw materials and finished products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity of production processes. Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead the PPC team and foster a collaborative work environment. Provide support, training, and development opportunities to strengthen the team's performance and expertise.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain close working relationships with other departments such as procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure seamless production processes.
