Summary Job Description Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking an enthusiastic and agile Employee Resource Center Coordinator. The ERC Coordinator is the face of Human Resources, administratively overseeing and running the onsite Employee Service Center location at LG Hospital. The center offers employee-driven services from Company store, discounted tickets, total rewards, employee-wellbeing related information and more. The ERC Coordinator will assist in promoting these services, triaging inquires appropriately and fulfilling orders. Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm. No weekends/holidays or on call required. This position is required to be on site at the LG Hospital; Employee Service Center. POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates employee rewards and recognition, ticket sales, activities and services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties: JOB REQUIREMENTS Manage Employee Discount programs, activities, and tickets. Work with and manage external vendor relationships to maintain necessary inventory of tickets and services provided to employees. Manage Employee Resource Center intranet website and work with content owners to ensure accurate, up to date information is delivered in a timely manner. Manage Company store services (including payroll deduction/reconciliation processes) and website, and work closely with vendors to provide seamless transactions. Maintain physical space of Employee Resource Center, organizing and ordering supplies, arranging physical onsite appointments with HR professionals. Provide support for employees utilizing ERC equipment (i.e. iPads, computers, printers, fax, etc.) Provide Knowledge Link administrator support for employee assistance with registration and setup codes. Manage ongoing communications for employee resources and services. Assist employees with Human Resource questions and procedures. Refer employees as necessary to specific HR personnel if more specific assistance is needed. Additional Recommends and maintains metrics of value in order to identify opportunities to better serve employees and leaders. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Three years experience in computer skills, with knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, graphics and file management. Three years experience in office administration with emphasis on organizational skills. Demonstrated previous experience with written communication projects. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Computer experience with a variety of software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, database. Previous public relations, communications and/or publishing experience.
