**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as first point of contact for employees and guests visiting the Clark Service Group corporate office. Update the welcome screen for new employees, visitors, interviewees, or anyone else scheduled to visit the office.
- Coordinate the recruiting process, including but not limited to:

- o Posting and maintaining job openings on various recruiting platforms.
- o Attending career fairs and outside recruiting events as assigned.
- o Scheduling and assisting with in-person interviews.
- o Preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- o Scheduling drug screens, physicals, and run background checks.
- o Partner with managers to facilitate new hire onboarding on their first day.
- Coordinate with food service equipment manufacturers to provide training for our field team.
- Assist with maintaining employee files and records on all benefit and HR platforms.
- Respond to employee general/basic questions about HR policies and benefits.
- Partner with the Human Resources Manager and company leadership for employee termination and offboarding.
- Assist with worker’s compensation claims.
- Maintain safety documentation for incidents and investigations, and distribute to proper team members when requested.
- Maintain employee clearance files and provide to customers as needed.
- Assist with tracking/managing employee performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Provide support with planning and executing company events and activities.
- Assist with employee engagement and recognition activities/programs, including but not limited to engagement events/meetings, monthly newsletters, company communication/announcements, kudos program, birthday cards, etc).
- Provide administrative support for Corporate Trainer/Safety Manager and Executive Team.
- Assist with retrieving, opening, and distributing company mail.
- Keep stock of office, breakroom, and bathroom supplies and replenish as needed.
- Oversee breakroom tasks (running and emptying dishwashers daily, scheduling quarterly fridge cleanouts).
- Reconcile monthly invoices from insurance companies.
- Provide support with technician uniform distribution and inventory.
- Other projects or duties as assigned by the Human Resources, Safety/Training, and Employee Engagement departments.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and company culture.

**Education and Experience**:

- Associates Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience Human Resources (preferred).
- Experience in the food service industry (preferred).
- Member of Society of Human Resource Management (preferred).

**Job Qualifications**:

- Ability to remain ethical and professional when dealing with highly confidential/sensitive information and employee matters.
- Clean, neat professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Physical Demands**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally lift to 10 pounds.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach.
- Ability to speak and write in the English language.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
