What you will do-

The IT Support is responsible for installing and providing support for the IT hardware, software, and infrastructure at the HQ facility. The IT Specialist reports directly to the USCAN IT Plant Systems Team Leader.

How you will do it-
  • Act as the point of contact for (white glove) VIP & end user support and work as the liaison with other technical support units as needed
  • Facilitate the full PCLM process with an emphasis on Asset Management
  • Setup & administer AVI technologies for global meetings
  • Conduct analysis, timely resolution, and follow-up to problems, assigned tasks, and requests for project related technical specifications to support continued business computing operations
  • Configure, install, deploy, upgrade, secure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices as assigned
  • Maintain security, appearance, and organization of the PC and Server room
What we look for-

Required
  • Technical aptitude, especially relating to PC hardware.
  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, plus at least 1 year of professional IT Technical support experience
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, will consider a 2-year degree and at least 2 years of experience OR 4 years of equivalent experience in combination of education and experience
  • Experience with inventory, asset management, and CMDB is a plus
