Your Opportunity: The Billing and Pricing Specialist analyzes and implements pricing and billing processes that drive the Taylor OnDemand partnerships with clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that client billing accurately reflects terms and conditions of agreements with individual clients and complies with company policies. This role also implements reporting processes and maintains data to support the pricing strategies for Taylor OnDemand. This position is open to be on a hybrid schedule. Your Responsibilities: Billing Accuracy and Reconciliation Ensure client bills reflect the terms and conditions agreed to by the organization Ensure compliance with company policies, including analyzing and reconciling shipping charges Ensure pricing of items is accurate for the individual client and is reflected in what the facility is charging Taylor OnDemand Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors Clearly documents summary billing processes for individual clients; recommends improvements to the billing process Pricing Audits and Redundancy: Document and implement monthly/consistent reporting process for pricing analysis Provide pricing redundancy for new clients and product expansions; ensure pricing accuracy across all platforms. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in pricing data. Support the maintenance of internal and external pricing sheets Audit client folders to ensure availability of accurate and updated pricing Pricing Analysis and Reporting As designated, monitor and analyze client pricing and the impact on sales and profitability for Taylor OnDemand Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting trends, insights, and discrepancies Support Sales and Account Executives in generating reports for meetings and client business reviews Provide insights and recommendations to support pricing strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with account executives and internal departments to ensure pricing and billing strategies are effectively communicated Assist in the development of processes, tools, and training materials for pricing and billing You Must Have: 2+ years of relevant work experience Attention to detail Experience collaborating with multiple teams Strong communication skills Comfortability within data and reporting Experience using Microsoft Suite We Would Also Prefer: Bachelors degree Experience using PowerBI About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
