- Performance Measurement:Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs, leveraging data to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation management and/or compensation analytics.
- Deep knowledge of compensation structures, performance management, and legal/regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and working effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation software, with ADP expertise seen as an advantage.
- Outstanding communication abilities in both written and verbal forms.
- Candidate must be Dallas based and able to come into the office 3+ days per week, or as needed to meet business needs.
