This role is essential to the Executive Compensation team, collaborating closely with various departments, including Business Units, Regulatory Affairs, Tax, Legal, and other experts to formulate strategic initiatives that yield results.
This position entails direct advisory responsibilities, encompassing the intricate aspects of executive compensation, such as formal job offers, benefits communication, and fostering trust at the highest organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs the design, development, and management of executive compensation programs, contributing to integrated HR strategies and total economic models in alignment with the company's compensation and benefits objectives.
- Advises on and formulates specialized executive arrangements and contracts.
- Oversees the design, development, and execution of the market data process for top executives.
- Manages the accounting, tax, and regulatory dimensions of executive compensation, ensuring cohesive integration of compensation and benefits designs.
- Develops, implements, and manages strategically focused compensation initiatives for senior officers and key executives, including short-term and long-term incentive plans, as well as specialized benefit programs.
- Facilitates communication with executives regarding their compensation packages.
- Administers the company's broad-based stock and deferred compensation plans.
- Ensures the competitiveness of executive compensation and benefits offerings in the market.
- Oversees financial counseling and additional personal benefits for executives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive compensation design, implementation, and communication.
- Experience in supervisory roles within core human resources functions (e.g., Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation).
- A strong passion for developing creative compensation solutions and innovative strategies.
