Overview

Casino Marketing Coordinator

It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host/Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests.

Responsibilities

  • Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservations
  • Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports
  • Post outside show charges onto guests folios
  • Assist Casino Host/ Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests
  • Interact with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills, accurate typist, ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required; phone experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
