Position Overview

This role is pivotal in guiding guests through the membership journey, elucidating the advantages of joining, and being well-versed in our ongoing promotions and events. The successful candidate will operate under direct supervision, relying on established protocols and sound judgment to fulfill job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new guests into the Players Club and assist in the upkeep of their accounts.
  • Advocate for the Players Club by articulating its benefits, issuing membership cards, and demonstrating its various applications.
  • Document details of new members and update relevant computer records as necessary.
  • Assess and qualify guests for participation in casino promotions and events.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, escalating to supervisors when appropriate.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Players Club to effectively communicate its features to guests.
  • Regularly check and replenish stock of Players Club promotional materials.
  • Issue complimentary vouchers to guests based on established criteria.
  • Support the execution of tournaments, drawings, and special events.
  • Assist the Player Development team by providing general information and answering inquiries.
  • Maintain awareness of company facilities and special events to inform guests and colleagues.
  • Adhere to cash control policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic clientele and environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Reliable and efficient with proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer and company information.
  • Outgoing demeanor to effectively communicate marketing initiatives to Players Club members.
  • Capability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience or a combination of education and experience in casino marketing.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card and complete Title 31 training.
  • Work may occur in environments that are unusually hot, cold, noisy, or dimly lit.
  • Position involves both office work and interaction on the casino floor.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in various capacities as needed.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using office equipment.
  • Physical requirements include normal mobility, standing, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
