Our CPG client is looking for a Senior Manager of IT Finance Systems - SAP RTR_FICO. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and control of the organizations financial systems and applications. Responsibilities will include leading projects and supporting cross functional supporting programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership on best practices/emerging technologies for Finance functions.
  • Support, plan, execute, and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resources.
  • Accountable for the design and governance of SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes.
  • Develop and deploy new processes and system configuration.
  • Assist in designing the financial systems roadmap including migration to SAP S/4.
  • Play a key role on the Finance work stream for upcoming migration to SAP S/4.
  • Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required.
  • Support business process improvement and technology support across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit and Cross Functional Finance integration.
  • Manage relationships with the Finance clients.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk to RCP when partnering with software providers.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Material Ledger Cost Accounting
  • 7+ years of experience in the implementations and/or support of SAP FI and CO modules.
  • IT Project Life-cycle experience in design, configurations, testing, master data management, and post go-live of SAP ECC RTR processes.
  • Extensive experience with SAP configurations including GL, Profit center splitting, Inter company, AP, AR, Asset Management, CO, CCA, Product Costing, Tax, and Treasury.
  • Understanding of integration to/from third party Finance Applications that interface with SAP and other Non-SAP Systems
  • Experience in CPG/Manufacturing industry.
  • Led the functional design of Finance Systems during implementations of SAP S/4.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • SAP certifications.
