Top Notch Equipment is looking for an experienced sales specialist to work at our headquarters in Rogers MN Our ideal candidate has great communication skills, is upbeat, will work hard to keep our customers happy, and work hard to contribute as a member of our team. This person needs to have strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

We are willing to train the right person, but would prefer someone with multiple years of sales experience, for skids, mowers, loaders, excavators, and more. Experience with Quickbooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft programs is also preferred.

Our products perform perfectly for all types of landscaping, tree care, material handling, fencing, excavating and grappling. As an authorized dealer for Manitou, Gehl, Cast Loaders, Nifty Lift, Scag Mowers, Wright Mowers, Fisher Plows, Husqavarna, and Boxer Loaderswe can fit you with compact skid-loaders, articulating loaders, track loaders, excavators, telehandlers, attachments and more. Specializing in parts, service, sales and rentals.

Responsibilities Include: Selling products and services using solid reasoning to prospective customers Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Answering phone calls Writing up and following through the sale from beginning to end Complete warranty registration of machines sold Handle rentals as requested by customers Setting up demo’s as requested by customers Reach out to previous and new customer leads through cold calling and site visits Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements: A Highschool diploma or equivalent 2 years sales experience Preferred knowledge of skid steers, commercial mowers, articulating wheel loaders Knowledge of G Suite and Quickbooks Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Excellent organization skills
