Position Overview:

The Business Analyst/Mission Support Specialist will provide business analysis and logistical support to develop an organizational level Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Program. Responsibilities include defining program goals and objectives, program scope and schedules, developing standard operating procedures, conducting program budget and staffing analysis, and strategic communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage industry knowledge, experience, and innovative approaches to assist the government in the development of a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) program.

  • Conduct "as is" analysis and provide recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Develop written deliverables, including but not limited to memorandums, project plans, standard operating procedures, process and procedures flow charts, external strategic communications for business partners, and input/track reporting of deliverables in the client task management system.

  • Support the management of timelines for deliverable development and program development and management.

  • Assist with strategic planning, metrics development, and performance management.

  • Recommend process improvements and organizational strategies.

  • Compile program analysis and reports related to facility assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Willingness to travel to CBP sites across the country to conduct facility condition assessments.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • U.S. Citizenship required
