We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eCommerce operations across Shopify, ShipStation, and Gorgias platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shopify Management:
    • Daily operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and graphics designer to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    • Assist with launching new products and collections, including setting up promotions, discounts, and flash sales.
  • ShipStation Coordination:
    • Manage order fulfillment through ShipStation, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
    • Coordinate with warehouse teams to address any shipping or inventory discrepancies.
    • Troubleshoot any issues related to shipping carriers, tracking, or order fulfillment.
    • Optimize shipping processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Gorgias Customer Support:
    • Handle customer inquiries through Gorgias, providing prompt and professional responses.
    • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product inquiries.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze reports on shipping performance and customer support metrics.
    • Assist with the implementation of eCommerce strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all eCommerce activities.
    • Coordinate with IT and web developer to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on the eCommerce platform.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce coordination, preferably with experience on Shopify, ShipStation, and Gorgias.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with eCommerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
