In this role, you will collaborate closely with co-founders, creative directors, sales teams, and customer support, as well as external PR agencies and freelancers, to strategize and implement innovative marketing initiatives that promote our mission and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and engage a thriving community of makers and brewers across our brands.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product launch strategies.
  • Manage content calendars and timelines for diverse email audiences across multiple sales channels.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across various platforms, including web content, email campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
  • Enhance email subscriber segmentation and create effective email flows.
  • Analyze marketing funnels to optimize growth from awareness to retention.
  • Design and manage cross-platform campaigns and promotional content.
  • Utilize data to establish benchmarks and best practices across marketing channels.
  • Develop a cohesive strategy to drive quality traffic to our digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer packaged goods or food sectors.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce on-brand content.
  • Proficient in email marketing strategies, including segmentation and automation.
  • Experience with e-commerce initiatives, particularly in platforms like Shopify.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and contribute wherever needed.
