The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to users by handling break-fix issues and managing user provisioning tasks. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing user accounts, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Farmington Hills, MI (100% onsite)
Pay rate: $23-27/hr W2 plus benefits

W2 contract (no C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Provide first and second-level support by handling incoming queries and help requests from both internal and external customers per service level standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate subject matter expert and or management when necessary.
  • Administer user provisioning and related access permissions for designated organization systems.

What's Needed?
  • 3+ years IT Service Desk experience including Windows 11, Freshservice and MS Teams
  • Experience with Windows desktop OS, mobile OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other IT systems.
  • Experience with virtual desktop tools and software.
  • Strong sense of urgency, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization, and with external customers.
