- Diagnose and resolve moderately complex system hardware, software, network, and operator incidents
- Offer a full range of complex systems support services at the centralized service desk
- Experience with printing support, including adding and troubleshooting local and network printers
- Experience with troubleshooting connectivity, including Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), WiFi, and network drive connections
- Maintain accurate records and call logs for management reporting
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve technical issues
- Meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Must be able to travel between locations and transport equipment
- Able to maintain a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and possess the "ACE" factor - Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm
