Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide top-notch support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 Onsite Support for desktop hardware and software
  • Diagnose and resolve moderately complex system hardware, software, network, and operator incidents
  • Offer a full range of complex systems support services at the centralized service desk
  • Experience with printing support, including adding and troubleshooting local and network printers
  • Experience with troubleshooting connectivity, including Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), WiFi, and network drive connections
  • Maintain accurate records and call logs for management reporting
  • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve technical issues
  • Meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
Requirements
  • Must be able to travel between locations and transport equipment
  • Able to maintain a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and possess the "ACE" factor - Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm
